At Hydroton, I engaged in a wide range of projects for various end clients. As an Engineer within the company, I applied innovative design methodologies to efficiently manage the substantial volume of projects while simultaneously minimizing design error margins. This called for advanced technologies and strategies to ensure both the quality and speed of the engineering processes. In my role as Project Manager, I faced the challenge of maintaining quality within an environment where a significant number of projects had to be delivered within tight deadlines, often at competitive prices. This necessitated careful planning, coordination, and oversight of all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, resource management, and risk assessment. I closely collaborated with teams of engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects were delivered within specified quality standards and timelines. As the department head of the Engineering division, my responsibility was to oversee, guide, and motivate a team of five driven engineers. I was involved in planning, motivating, and developing personnel to ensure that the team possessed the necessary skills and capabilities to perform effectively. Additionally, during this period, I played a crucial role in establishing a new PLC division within Hydroton. My experience as department head enabled me to demonstrate leadership, promote teamwork, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
